All confirmed and fully paid bag orders will undergo internal verification, product inspection and secure packaging within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and official United States public holidays are excluded from our regular processing schedule.
During peak shopping seasons and large promotional events with high order influx, standard processing timelines may be slightly extended. We will send formal email alerts to all customers once substantial delays occur, keeping everyone informed of updated order progress.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package dimensions, item weight and final shipping destination. Accurate shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in full on the checkout page prior to payment, with no hidden or supplementary charges.
Our store only provides standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery period of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery times are approximate references only. Actual arrival schedules may vary due to logistics carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, extreme weather events, regional logistics limitations and holiday operational suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes all pre-delivery checks and is officially dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and official logistics carrier details.
Tracking system data will be activated and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the logistics carrier picks up your package. Temporary data synchronization delays are normal in logistics operations. You may contact our support team for manual checks if no updates show after 48 hours.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, postal codes and valid contact information during checkout. Please double-check all delivery details before finalizing your order payment.
BRITTNAY HOOPER assumes no liability for misdelivery, failed delivery or package loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to cover all reshipping fees, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is verified lost during transit, please submit a formal loss inquiry to our customer support team within 7 calendar days following the expected delivery date. Our team will collaborate with the logistics provider to conduct a thorough investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
Bag products may sustain extrusion damage, surface scratches, accessory damage or packaging breakage during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery receipt. You must provide clear photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and damaged product areas to facilitate our official review. We will assess the issue comprehensively and deliver a reasonable resolution quickly.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Every bag product sold in our store comes with material-specific care instructions suitable for leather, fabric, synthetic and other common bag materials. We recommend all customers follow the official guidance for daily use, storage and routine maintenance to prolong product service life.
Any product damage, fading, deformation or structural failure caused by improper cleaning, unsuitable storage environments, unauthorized alteration or rough misuse is categorized as human-induced damage. BRITTNAY HOOPER will not bear after-sales responsibility or provide compensation for damage caused by non-standard product usage and maintenance.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
Cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees imposed by the destination country’s local customs authority, in accordance with local trade policies and commodity supervision rules.
All customs and import-related charges are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store do not include any customs expenses. We are not accountable for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by unpaid customs fees or non-compliance with local import regulations.
